We are committed to providing rapid service and strive to dispatch most orders within two working days of receipt. During busy periods, processing times may be longer. For UK deliveries, smaller orders are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger or higher-value orders are dispatched using the DPD signed-for service. We also accommodate alternative delivery addresses upon request.
While our standard service is fast, we offer an express tracked and signed delivery option for UK customers. Please note that delivery times for the express service cannot be guaranteed, with parcels delivered between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A signature will be required upon delivery. Depending on your location, express delivery typically takes between one and three working days.
In rare cases where a delivery does not meet expectations, we will make every effort to locate the package if it was sent via a tracked service.

All of the delivery costs above include VAT. If you live in a VAT exempt country, no VAT will be charged when you checkout. Alternatively if you are VAT registered customer within the EU, you’ll be asked to provide your VAT registration number after which we deduct VAT on your order.
UK includes Highlands and Islands but excludes Republic of Ireland (falls under Europe).
We no longer offer a click and collect service from our head office due to the large volume of orders we have to process every day.
UK Royal Mail First Class: This is Royal Mail’s 24 hour delivery service to most destinations in the UK, generally takes 1-3 working days to reach you (in exceptional circumstances, this could take 3 days if you live in the Highlands and Islands).
UK Express Tracked and Signed: If you want a tracked and signed service, please select this option at checkout. If your order weight is less than 2kg, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. If it is between 2-30kg, we use DPD Tracked and Signed service. In both cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 working days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and wish to return all or part of it, please carefully package the items and send them to the address provided on your invoice. Be sure to include a note specifying your instructions for the returned goods.
For non-faulty items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Please note that the cost of return postage for replacements is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where substitute items were sent. Replacement items provided in exchange for returns will be treated as new orders and will incur our standard shipping and handling charges. Refunds for returned items will exclude any initial postage costs.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us promptly after receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse.
For all returns, we highly recommend obtaining proof of postage. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.
